There was some issues with the delivery by the post office, but as soon as Heavenly Boxes found out, they rectified the problem instantly with no fuss. The recipient of the box was very happy when they did receive their gift. Thank you HB team!

I ordered 2 boxes for friends of mine and they were perfect they were set boxes but had all The things I knew would be what my friends would love ... I would definitely order from Heavenly boxes again rather than Treatbox who are expensive for what they give which is pretty much the same as Heavenly so keep Doing what you are doing one new customer is on board !!!

As my title says I haven’t eaten them yet but they do look gorgeous, and as they were a ‘welcome home’ present from my daughter they were a lovely thought

Difficult to rate the quality of the goods received because it was sent directly as a gift. However the process was easy and efficient. I'd forgotten to fill in the gift message when this was ordered and the problem was graciously fixed before ever the parcel was sent. A lovely personal company to work with. I'll use them again. I did not receive this gift myself, but sent it to a younger relative, who is ill. She thought it was lovely.
It was sent a few days after ordering and arrived when expected with due notification.

This was bought as a present and the recipient was delighted with the presentation and the contents.
